AlignLay operates an Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging service, utilizing AI-powered Voice Agents to deliver highly personalized and timely business communication, appointment scheduling, and lead qualification via text message. This service is designed to automate and enhance customer communication and is NOT used for mass marketing or unsolicited content.

2. Consent and Opt-In Policy (Mandatory)

By providing your mobile phone number, you are giving express written consent to receive text messages from AlignLay and its automated AI agents regarding the status of your inquiry, appointment reminders, and follow-up communication related to your requested services.

  • No Purchase Necessary: Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
  • Opt-In Method: Consent is obtained through:
    1. Web forms (e.g., the Contact Form on alignlay.com).
    2. Verbal authorization during a discovery call.
  • Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on user interaction but will generally be transactional (related to a specific request). We do not send daily or weekly blasts.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, simply reply to any message you receive with the keyword STOP.

  • After you send the message "STOP" to us, we will send you one final confirmation text message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from that program.
  • If you wish to rejoin, you may sign up again via the website form or request reactivation through our customer service email.
